21Moonstone began not in a boardroom, but as a passion project among friends in an off-beat lane. We built a co-working studio and a ‘living room’ for artists, creatives, musicians and friends who came together with a drinking culture that defied commercial norms.
Today, 21Moonstone Group is a multi-concept hospitality collective built on that exact same grit and curiosity. We don’t chase trends; we curate subcultures. Across every venue we build, whether it’s a dive bar, craft beer bar, a natural wine diner, or a pizza joint, we are united by a singular mission: To build F&B experiences rooted in craft, community and creative experimentation.

Success in F&B isn’t built on menus; it’s built on people. In this company, no role is too small, and no teammate is insignificant. Exceptional hospitality outward to our guests is impossible without genuine care inward for each other. Look out for your teammates, support one another during a heavy rush, and respect every voice on the floor.
2 - Own Your Sh*t

Taking ownership means behaving like an owner, not an observer. If you spot a problem, bring a solution. If a piece of equipment is acting up, find a fix. If a customer is unhappy, turn it around on the spot. If something falls under your care, give it everything you've got. We don’t stand around waiting for someone else to step up.
3 - Lead with Logic, Leave Ego at the Door

We stay objective, whether managing a inventory discrepancy, looking at guest feedback, or handling a disagreement on the floor. Pause before judging, listen to alternative perspectives, and base decisions on facts and observations rather than impulses. Treating a customer objectively means giving them a clean slate, listening fully, and solving their needs without taking things personally.
